During a commercial vehicle accident on roadways, our first responders are at increased risk. In an effort to quickly identify the responsible parties at commercial vehicle incident, we have developed two forms to gather important information about the vehicle and the conditions near the incident. In many cases, we are able to assist in getting prompt response by a clean up firm so our first responders can be released from the scene as soon as possible.
